Nimkish Chilli Paneer 50g

For Chilli Paneer (dry):

1. Mix 1 pack of Nimkish Chilli Paneer Masala with 2 tbsp water and 2 tbsp oil. Coat 200g paneer cubes thoroughly and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. Shallow fry the paneer cubes on a medium heat flat pan until golden brown.

For the Curry:

1. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and stir-fry 1 medium-sized diced capsicum and onion on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
2. Mix the other pack of Nimkish spice mix with 3/4th cup water (200ml) and add it to the wok. Bring to a boil on high heat, then add the fried paneer and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until reaching the desired consistency. Garnish with spring onion. (Note: Add 1 cup (300ml) water for gravy.)

Tip: For a slightly sweeter flavor, add 1 – 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and bring to a boil once.
