Entered the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for District Court Katowice – East in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. The Regulations define the rules for concluding transactions in the store, www.indiansupermart.pl. The company is registered with share capital of 5000zl.

“You”, “Your” refers to the customer or user of our website.
“Products” refers to groceries or other items available for purchase on our website.
3. Ordering
3.1 You may place an order by selecting products and proceeding to checkout.
3.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices listed on our website are in Polish Zloty(zl) and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
4.2 We accept payments via Debit cards, Credit card, Blik code transfers.
4.3 Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Delivery
5.1 We will deliver the products to the address specified by you during the checkout process.
5.2 Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery cost is applied based on total amount & weight of each order.
5.3 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Please check your order upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
6.2 We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 day of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned products.
6.4 In accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827)~
i. Art. 27. A consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for those set out in Articles 33, 34(2) and 35.

If the consumer has been informed by the entrepreneur about the right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph 1, the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the provision of information to the consumer about this right.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of products.
9. Payment methods & processing.
9.1 The Customer may select the following payment methods for the ordered Goods: BLIK payment, payment card, electronic money transfer via an external imoje payment system operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A. with its registered office in Katowice, Poland

Goods sold in the Store are subject to a manufacturer’s warranty

10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

11.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Complaints:
12.1 Users are requested to register their complaint using [email protected] or written complaint via traditional post on Piotra skargi 4A, Katowice 40-091.
12.2 The seller is liable to the consumer for a product defect. The right referred here is also vested in a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his or her business activity, if it results from the contract that it is not of a professional character for that person, in particular resulting from the subject of his or her business activity according to the provisions of the Central Register of Business Activity and Information.
12.3 In the event of exercising the right to a 14-day withdrawal, the cost of return of goods shall be borne by the buyer
13. User’s Rights and complaint registration
13.1 The users & entrepreneur shall have the right to withdraw from the concluded agreement in writing without a cause within a period of fourteen days from the agreement conclusion date pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended) In the event of written withdrawal from the agreement the Customer shall be obliged to return the goods within a period of fourteen days. The right that is referred to above shall also apply to a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, when it appears from the agreement that it does not have a professional nature for such a person especially resulting from the subject of a business activity conducted by them, as provided under the regulations applicable to Central Registration and Information on Business
13.2 In the event of exercising the right to a 14-day withdrawal, the cost of return of goods shall be borne by the buyer.
