Nimkish Meat Curry 50g

1. Rinse 500g of meat in a bowl and combine it with 1 pack of Nimkish Meat Curry Spice Mix, 4 tbsp of oil, and 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes.

2. Transfer the mixture to a cooker/pan and saut? over low heat until the oil separates.

3. Add 1 ? cup (400ml) of water, close the lid, and cook over high heat. After the first whistle, cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the stove and allow the steam to release from the cooker. Open the lid and garnish with fresh coriander.

Note: If cooking in a pan, let the meat simmer over low heat for 30 ? 40 minutes or until tender and fully cooked.
