Nimkish Chicken Curry 50g

1. Score 500g of chicken pieces with shallow cuts. Marinate them with 4 tbsp of oil and 1 pack of Nimkish Chicken Curry Spice Mix. Set aside for 15 minutes.

2. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a kadai/pan and saut? the marinated chicken over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the oil separates.

3. Pour in 1 ? cups of water (400ml), stir, and bring to a boil over high heat. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes or until the chicken is tender and the curry reaches the desired consistency.

Tip: For a richer curry, add 70g of cream and bring to a boil once.
