1. Score 500g of chicken with shallow diagonal cuts. Marinate it with 4 tbsp of oil and 1 pack of Nimkish Butter Chicken Masala. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a large pan and add the marinated chicken pieces. Saut? on medium heat until tender. Then, add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes and continue saut?ing until the oil separates.

3. Pour in 3/4th cup (225ml) of milk and 100g of cream, stirring continuously on high heat until it boils. Close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes or until the curry thickens. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Tip: For a sweeter curry, add 1-2 tbsp of tomato ketchup while adding cream and milk.
