1. Marination – Tenderize 1Kg of chicken by piercing it with a fork, then mix it with 8 tbsp of mayonnaise or plain curd, 2 tbsp of milk, 1 pack of Nimkish Chicken Tikka Spice Mix, 8 tbsp of oil, and juice from 1 lemon. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

2. Cooking in Grill/Oven – Line a tray with aluminum foil, brush oil onto the chicken pieces, and spread them on the tray or skewer them. Cover the pieces with foil and cook in the grill/oven on the highest setting for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the chicken turns golden brown. Check for doneness and remove from the oven. Brush melted butter on top and serve with onion rings and Nimkish Pudina Dip.

3. Cooking in Pan – Heat some oil in a pan, then saut? the marinated chicken pieces on high heat until they are roasted and light brown. Add 2 tbsp of butter, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
